The U-shaped heat exchange tube bundle can be pulled out as a whole to clean internal scale, facilitating maintenance and upkeep. Yu type evaporator facilitates oil return, compressor life, and system stability. Easy to install: The unit has a compact structure, small footprint, light weight, and is easy to handle. Balanced and safe operation, low vibration, no need for complex foundations, and easy installation. Various performance tests have been completed and wiring has been completed before leaving the factory, reducing installation time and costs. Stable operation: Professional PTC thermal protection makes protection sensitive. It can achieve interlocking control between the water system and the unit. The compressor is unloaded and depressurized for start-up, with a low starting current. The unit adopts multiple refrigeration circuits. Well controlled: PLC programmable controller, human-machine interface, all Chinese display. The PLC adopts closed-loop direct digital control (DDC), which can achieve full process and automatic computer adjustment control, making the group control stable. Automatically monitor the temperature of cold water outlet, automatically control the unloading on the slide valve through PLC, and automatically adjust the compressor within a very small temperature range to reduce energy consumption. When the unit starts, climbing control is achieved through a microcomputer to reach full load. Equipped with self diagnosis function, when some parameters are close to the limit value, protective measures are taken and an alarm is issued to prevent damage to the unit and reduce unplanned shutdowns during the day. Automatically record and save the alarm situation and occurrence time of the last ten unit failures, and issue fault handling prompts. Unit automatic protection function: compressor suction pressure low protection, compressor discharge pressure high protection, cold water ultra-low temperature protection, cooling water cut-off protection, motor overload protection, motor overheating protection, power failure protection (overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss, phase sequence error, etc.), to prevent repeated starting. Control panel display function: Main machine operation status, cold water pump and cooling water pump status, cold water outlet temperature, compressor suction pressure, compressor exhaust pressure, compressor exhaust temperature, cumulative operating time of the compressor, loading and unloading status, time display function, and fault display function.
